![]() Sometimes, because of the language barrier, and because many places still have anti-LGBT+ laws and high rates of violence against LGBT+ people. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find one for each country/territory. In around a month, I received many recommendations from people all over Twitter and Tumblr and did a long research of my own to try to find as many as I could. For this reason, I decided to do a research on F/F books around the world. We read mainly books set in a few specific countries and think that this is all that is for diversity and for our communities. ![]() And many times, in discussions of diversity and intersectionality, we end up forgetting to talk about this. ![]() There isn’t just one way of being a part of the LGBT+ community. We are all influenced by the places we come from and the experiences we have because of our backgrounds. ![]()
